I have been in the digital and marketing space for over 25 years starting in product management and leading in the areas of web content management, customer experience, marketing automation, marketing technology, strategic planning and product management.

I have my Bachelors degree in Business with a Marketing major and an MBA with an IT emphasis.

 

I have certificates in Proactive Management from Cornell University and Delivering and Planning a Success Technology Product Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.

 

I recently obtained my StoryBrand Guide Certification and am a Certified SCRUM Product Owner.

  • Doubled total number of campaigns in market (DTC) with same number of staff

    I designed agile marketing campaign implementation standards that increased output. Implemented cross-training program to deepen bench strength and reduce risks. Engaged staff through more detailed goal setting using individual development plans (IDPs).

  • Free'd up over 300 hours a year for project managers by improving marketing operations

    At Robert Half, I led the Marketing PMO to develop a new project intake framework that increased speed and efficiency. I introduced a new project prioritization process to allow less complex projects to be managed within teams and improve efficiency. I implemented project leveling which help teams better understand what priorities were most important.

  • Increased the use of omni-channel marketing to drive new business and increase member cross-sell

    I increased membership from online channels by nearly 10% from previous year. I increased credit card spend during campaign period by over 23% from previous year period, I increased branch traffic and leads by 17% from online advertising spending . I increased the adoption of pre-screens that supported achieving $125 million in consumer loan funding
